PALLET RACKING & STORAGE SHELVING, SOUTH COAST NSW.
Racking that was never designed around your stock costs you floor space, picking time and a headache at audit. We measure your site, lay it out properly and install it, using new or second-hand racking. Based in Nowra, so the South Coast no longer waits on a Sydney supplier to find a day to drive down.

Pallet racking and shelving, supplied from Nowra
South Coast businesses have long had to ring Sydney for racking, then wait for someone to find a day to drive down. We are at 12/35 Cumberland Street, South Nowra NSW 2541, so a site visit is a short drive rather than a favour you book weeks ahead.
We supply new and second-hand pallet racking, warehouse shelving and long span shelving, and we install, relocate, repair and certify it. Whether you need 3 bays in a workshop or a full warehouse fit-out, the process is the same: we measure the space, look at what you actually store and how your team picks it, then quote a layout built around that.
South Coast Pallet Racking is the South Coast arm of Maloufs, a family business established in 1964. The name is new. The experience behind it is not.
Complete Storage Solutions for the South Coast.
Pallet Racking
Selective, drive-in, cantilever and tyre racking, supplied new or second-hand and installed by our own team. We measure your site first, so the racking is designed around the stock going into it rather than the other way round.
Warehouse Shelving
Steel shelving for stock that is picked by hand rather than by forklift. Butterfly, rivet, RUT and slotted-angle shelving, from a single bay in a storeroom to a full warehouse run.
Long Span Shelving
Long span sits between shelving and pallet racking: wide bays with no centre upright, so you can store bulky items that will not fit conventional shelving but do not warrant a full racking bay.
Installation
Racking, steel shelving, compactus, flooring and conveyors, assembled by installers trained specifically on this work. There is no job too big or too small.
Relocations
Moving premises, consolidating sites or handing back a lease. We dismantle, stack, strap, transport and reinstall, and we leave the old floor in a state you can hand back.
Rack Certification
Racking you inherited with the building often has no load signs, no documentation and no record of what it is rated to hold. We inspect it against Australian Standards and supply the signage that makes it auditable.
Repairs
Forklifts hit racking. When they do, the damaged component is carrying load it was never designed to carry. We assess the damage and advise on the best and cheapest way to make it safe.
Trade-Ins
Racking that no longer suits your layout is worth money. We are constantly purchasing second-hand steel shelving and pallet racking, so it can be traded against what you actually need.

“Maloufs Pallet Racking did an excellent job dismantling and reinstalling the racking in my warehouse all in the same day. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. Their after-sales support has also been great. Highly recommended.”
Dylan Tilley, Google review, Maloufs
“We recently had pallet racking installed at our warehouse and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our storage needs and provided a tailored solution that maximised our space and improved overall efficiency.”
Andrew John, Google review, Maloufs
